The Social Diet Test

I've been thinking about getting healthier and thinking of different ideas of how to do so...

The one that came to mind was why not be accountable for the whole world to see?

I've decide to start this blog and create a bit of a challenge for myself!

Here's how it'll work!

Rule 1: Eat healthier and exercise


Ok this one is a given, I mean if I'm wanting to get healthier I need to do this, and it's the boring part of the Social Diet Test!

Rule 2: Tweet!


I've created a Twitter specifically for this test(@socialdiettest), and I have to tweet a photo of what I eat everyday, and my step count from Fitbit.... This goes back to the being accountable to the whole world. Everyone can possibly see this test, and who knows what will happen....

Rule 3: Blog daily


Doesn't matter what, just blog.... This is something I've wanted to do for a bit, and I think it will be something that will help me in this journey...

Rule 4: Analyze 

Basically I only have three rules for now but this one is so that if there are other rules down the line, it'll help....
